Minimum Terms
- Standard memberships: 3-month minimum
- Hair System Clubs: 6-month minimum
- Colour, Sunbed & Hair System Clubs may have specific rules shown above.
Payments
- Monthly memberships are billed in advance automatically.
- Yearly memberships are paid upfront & non-refundable once activated.
- Failed payments may pause your membership.
Cancellations
- Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of that appointment.
- Multiple no-shows may remove recurring time slots.
Booking Rules
- Pre-booking is strongly recommended.
- VIP members receive priority access.
- Appointment durations vary per membership (20 or 30 minutes).
Unused Services
- Appointments do not roll over month-to-month.
- Sunbed sessions: max 1 per day for safety.
Non-Transferable
- All memberships apply to one named person only.
Upgrades / Downgrades
- Can be made at the start of the next billing cycle.
Price Adjustments
- 30 days’ notice will be given for any change.
Refer-a-Friend Terms
- Your free month activates once your referral becomes an active paying member.
Minimum Term
- Both Hair System Club and VIP Club require a 6-month minimum term (or your preferred rule — edit as needed).
Sign-Up Fee
- A £600 non-refundable sign-up fee applies to all new members.
- This covers: Consultation System ordering Initial fitting Initial styling Prep + adhesive products used during setup
Systems Included
- Standard membership: 2 systems per year
- VIP membership: 3 systems per year
- Additional systems can be purchased at your standard retail price.
Maintenance Appointments
- Standard: 12 per year
- VIP: Unlimited
- A maintenance appointment includes:
- Removal
- Clean
- Refit
- Style (scissor/blending)
- Hairline tidy
- Glue/adhesive refresh
Haircuts
- Standard membership: haircuts charged at normal price.
- VIP membership: unlimited haircuts included.
Cancellations
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
- Repeated no-shows may lead to membership suspension.
Non-Transferable
- Memberships are for one named person only.
- Cannot be shared.
Payments
- Payments are taken monthly.
- Failed payments may pause the membership until resolved.
- Yearly memberships are non-refundable once active.
