Could not be happier with the service received at Tom’s. The atmosphere in the salon and Chloe’s relaxed and friendly approach made me feel comfortable right from the start. I showed her an inspiration picture of what I liked but put my trust in her to create her own take on it, and the final result is incredible, a complete transformation. I am so happy with my experience today at Tom's Barbers & Salon. I attended yesterday for a consultation and was made to feel very relaxed and fully understood re my hair requirements. Today, I returned and had my hair done by Lexy, who is an absolute treasure. I came away feeling more than happy with the result. Lexy had done exactly what I had requested. I recently moved to Lincoln from Scotland and have been looking for my new salon; the one where I feel truly comfortable and happy with the end result. Well, this is definitely it. I love my long, copper, shiny rich locks, again (after a couple of less successful attempts from another salon). Lexy was wonderful today, as was the lovely Chloe, whom I originally consulted with. Tom was also there and chatted to all the clients between his own barber appointments, making for a lovely friendly atmosphere. I was really pleased with the price, which was fully discussed beforehand (with no hidden extras). It's a 10/10 from me. I have already booked my next appointment. If you are looking for a fab and forward thinking salon/barbers, with additional tanning beds and nail service, you have found the perfect place. 😘👌

My boyfriend recently went in to see Tom as he's never found a truely good barber as he has curlier hair. He is autistic and has anxiety and Tom made him feel more comfortable then he has at any other barbershop. The communication was perfect and he will definitely be returning again!
I dropped by on a whim to have my little boys hair cut (2 years old). The guys were really accomodating with the walk in, but it quickly took a turn when my little boy got really upset about being there. Tom stepped in and was absolutely brilliant, put me at ease that they had seen it all before, and helped calm my little boy. My son came away with a lovely hair cut, and I really felt like time and care had been taken. I'll definitely be taking him back (assuming they will have him back 😂). Thanks chaps!

I had been thinking of having a hair system for many years ,so I telephoned toms hair salon and made an appointment for a consultation with tom ,on the day he explained the process and what to expect ,he did a colour match and made me an appointment for the following week for it to be fitted .On the day Tom was brilliant he explained what he was going to do and why he was doing it .He asked me what style I had in mind so I showed him a picture ,and when he had finished ,Wow! I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked ,it honestly is the best hair I’ve ever had ,he cut it perfectly how I wanted it ,I can’t thank him enough ,I am so happy with the result .so if your reading this and are still thinking about having a system fitted ,stop thinking and give Toms hair salon a ring and make an appointment ,you definitely will not be disappointed ,and be like I am now wishing I had done it sooner . I went in today with an idea of what i wanted. Tom as usual was excellent,and made my hair look great.
Well after 8 weeks, I can honestly say I look forward to my appointment. Not only do I get to stay neat and sharp, theres always banter flying around.
Tom is always a great advisor in what best to do and what works. I trust him completely when it comes to style and making a fantastic job of both my hair and beard.
My 12 year old son has ADHD and sensory processing disorder so is extremely adverse to having a hair cut. Tom is always relaxed and patient with him, (along with a good dose of humour), and over the years has learnt his quirky ways and likes and dislikes. To the point that even after moving quite a distance away, he refuses to try any other barbers. The hair cuts are consistently good too!
Went into today for the first time after being unhappy with other barbers/hairdressers in the area doing mediocre work. Great looking, modern, friendly environment, I was a walk in but didn't wait too long at all. Tom is obviously passionate about what he does, gave some hints and tips about my hair and the cut wasn't rushed, which is common in other places I've gone to. More expensive than other places but you pay for what you get, which was my first decent haircut in 10 years ago was happy to pay! Thanks Tom

We have struggled to find a decent barbers since moving to the area, but Tom's was just what we were looking for. Great haircuts in a friendly clean environment. Also treated my children with patience and made them feel at ease. The online booking is a great feature too - we will happily use Tom's for all future haircuts needed for my family of boys.

My sons regular barber was shut so I searched on the Internet for one that was open. My son (14) was sceptical as had previous bad experiences with others. His hair was overgrown. Tom cut his hair and my son is now only going to Tom's. He keeps going on about how pleased he is. The place was clean, well lit, not to much time waiting and Tom took his time and never rushed him. But for the past year I have been going to Tom's with Luke cutting my hair. Every time my hair is cut consistently well, styled in a way that makes the best of my hair and face type. He always gives great advice regarding styling etc. The salon itself is a very nice place and everyone is very friendly and professional.

Luke is always friendly and the atmosphere in the barbers is always welcoming and fun. It is clear to see Tom is a master of his craft and Luke's attention to detail at cutting my hair is second to none. My teenage son's hair had grown out of control, it's really thick and had no style. Tom spent a long time perfecting a short fade with a long texture on top and giving it body and style exactly like the picture we showed him. Really happy and will be back for regular cuts.
